Under the direction of Nutrition Director, Tammy Reese, the Zumba Gold program has been expanded to Montecito Terraces Senior Apartments on Blythe Street in Panorama City, CA. The program, featuring energetic dancing lead by a certified Zumba Gold instructor, offers both standing and chair exercises, tailored to the ability of the dancers. Zumba Gold was first offered at the Grand Re-Opening Luau held last month and was a big hit! After Zumba, make sure you re-energize with a delicious meal, provided at the center.
