International Women's Day 2019

International Women’s Day is here! Valley Intercommunity Council is made up of countless strong women that all come from different backgrounds, cultures, and walks of life. Bonnie of the Crafting Grannies located in Sherman Oaks, CA hand makes hundreds of cards each year to send out with our home-bound meal program and to children hospitals all over the country. She is so passionate about making sure that everyone knows they matter and are loved; it’s truly an example of how women are coming together to make the world a better place. Fun fact: Bonnie has been on 7 Disney cruises and her favorite character is Pluto!
