Service Routing Config
Manage which staff receive service-request notifications for each center. Rows with center = Any act as CC recipients on every email for that service (for example, the Nutrition Director).
No routing entries yet. Click "Add Entry" to configure coordinators.
ZIP-to-center coverage boundaries are still managed in code (src/lib/serviceAreas.js) — contact a developer to change service-area geography. If RoutingConfig is ever emptied, the backend safely falls back to a hardcoded coordinator list.
